In Tynwald tomorrow Social Care Minister Chris Robertshaw will be taken to task over his decision to overturn Onchan Town Commissioners rent cap.
With rents increasing the Commissioners took the move to try and cap any rises at 15%.
This was in an effort to protect those tenants who could have seen a jump of well over 30%.
The DSC's plan is for tenants to pay a rent that reflects their property, Onchan Commissioners fear that the financial burden could be too much for some.
It will be Onchan MHK David Quirk who asks the question to Minister Robertshaw in tomorrows sitting.
