A workman who became trapped on scaffolding had to be rescued by the fire service yesterday.
He'd fallen through a ladder access point while working at a sea front property in Port St Mary.
Crews from Port Erin and a rope rescue team from Douglas attended the scene at 11.30am.
The man received first aid at the scene from paramedics before the rope rescue team recovered him on a spinal board and transferred him to an ambulance.
