The Island's assisted dying laws have been voted through by Tynwald.
Dr Alex Allinson asked the court to back a range of amendments to the law after the UK government said it wouldn't recommend it for Royal Assent.
Today in Tynwald the court overwhelmingly vgted in favour of the changes to the legislation.
It'll now go back to the UK to await assent from King Charles.
