The government has launched a consultation about taxing Island businesses that make or import vaping fluid from outside the UK.
Duty on them will be brought in on Thursday, October 1 in line with the UK under our customs and excise agreement.
It'll apply to all e-liquids, including those made at home and be charged at £2.20 for 10 millilitres.
The Treasury is asking businesses to give their views - you can do so via this link.
