A restaurant and exhibition centre in Laxey could soon house a children's play area, if planners give the go-ahead.
Aaron Hannah of the Ballacregga Tea Room & Restaurant has applied for planning permission to transform part of the building on Mines Road.
In his application, he says the two-level accessible, family-oriented soft play centre would operate alongside the existing café.
And he says he hopes the venue would become an attractive all-weather leisure destination for visitors.
