Douglas Council says it's had 13 complaints about cyclists in almost four years.
A Freedom of Information request to the local authority asked about how widespread the problem of cycling in pedestrian areas was and what had been done about it.
In its response, the council said since January 2023, 13 complaints had been made - with one cyclist getting a warning and another handed a fixed penalty notice.
And it said CCTV had been consulted five times to track two-wheeled menaces in pedestrian areas such as Strand Street.
