The Department of Infrastructure has published a report following a complaint made against them under the Code of Practice on access to government information.
The complaint was lodged by the Positive Action Groups Roger Tomlinson, after he was refused a list of all properties owned and leased by the isle of man government.
Freedom of information is an issue that has been strongly campaigned for by PAG, with a question about its future set to be asked in the house of keys today.
The department has now said they are reconsidering his request, and in the mean time the full report carried out by the high bailiff can be found online.
