Treasury Minister Michael Crowe says the Isle of Man will follow some of the UK's announcements in today's budget.
Chancellor John Healey revealed the UK's tax and spending plans in his Autumn Statement delivered in Westminster earlier.
Mr Crowe says the Treasury is reviewing all the UK government's announcements to see if they affect the Island.
But he says a VAT cut on domestic power supplies, due to end next March, will now run until the end of June, along with reduced taxes on fuel duty and red diesel.
