A winning candidate in last month's general election says he's confident in the result, after a former MHK who lost her seat launched a legal challenge.
This morning, Julie Edge will ask a judge to overturn Onchan's result - claiming votes were lost and the poll should be rerun after she came third in the constituency.
But Rob Callister posted to Facebook saying candidates were told about issues on election day and he's happy it was run properly.
He added he respects her right to bring the case, and he's confident the court will consider the concerns properly.
