A new rent-to-buy scheme has attracted almost 1,000 pre-registrations ahead of its launch in early November.
Own Homes says the response has been encouraging and shows there is real demand for an alternative route into homeownership on the Island.
It adds the scheme helps those who can afford the ongoing housing costs but strugge to overcome the deposit barrier.
Dandara and Hartford Homes are backing the scheme, which will be available on selected properties across major Island developments.
