A landmark house in Ramsey could be getting a marquee for summer, if planners give the green light.
the Milntown Estate in Lezayre has applied for permission to put up a marquee in its garden from May until August.
In its plans, the company says it would allow it to host more summer events like TT hospitality, weddings and corporate functions.
It also adds if approved, the addition would reduce the overall cost to its customers.
