The Post Office has halted deliveries of goods to the European Union.
It says contractors are preparing their systems for new customs rules for the bloc, and until that work's done it can't accept EU-bound goods at Post Office counters or via its online postage, Click & Dispatch or franking services.
Normal mail remains unaffected.
The organisation says it's working to resolve the problem and has apologised for any inconvenience.
