A pub boss is due to appear in court next month charged with being drunk and indecent.
Harry Davies of the Royal George in Ramsey was due to appear before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse but the court heard there'd been difficulties with the summons being served.
Mr Davies is alleged to have committed the offence by urinating into a bin in a public place on May 30.
Mrs Hughes adjourned the case and Mr Davies will appear in court on August 15.
