Onchan commissioners say Onchan's raceway will remain in operation after the company agreed to sign a new lease.
At its last meeting, the local authority said the kickabout area can be used for parking but not as a pit lane, while cars stored on the banked track will have to be removed by the end of January.
Members agreed to the 2026 stock car race events and said the lease will run for 12 months, with a review after six months.
The move comes after board members discussed potential problems with the lease at an earlier meeting.
