What steps are being taken to stop the Accident and Emergency department at Noble's Hospital going into "meltdown" during TT?
That's one of the questions being asked in the House of Keys today by Onchan MHK Peter Karran.
The Health and Social Care Minister will also be quizzed on whether the Health and Safety Inspectorate has been consulted over the "present state" of A and E.
In addition Howard Quayle will be asked to explain the action he's taking to help reduce the workload and tackle issues of bed availability.
