Douglas Council says a newly-built block of flats in Willaston has seen eight reports of antisocial behaviour in the six months since tenants moved in.
James Brown apartments on Snaefell Road was officially opened in March, and a Freedom of Information request asked for details about bad behaviour, nuisance and noise.
In its response, the local authority said since then there'd been eight reports of antisocial behaviour, but no formal complaints.
And it added it had issued fewer than five warnings, notices of other enforcement actions over that time.
