The Department of Infrastructure says you may notice some unusual vans driving around the Island next month.
Specialist contractors will be on the Island to carry out a highways survey checking on road conditions.
They'll drive vans fitted with scanners which measure things like skid resistance to help plan future maintenance.
Work is due to start on Monday, November 2 and continue for around a month.
