Manx Gas will meet its regulator in a court hearing this week.
The company, based on South Quay in Douglas, is the claimant in a case against the Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority.
Both are due to meet in a one-day Chancery hearing at Douglas Courthouse.
The case will go ahead from 10am on Wednesday, July 29 before Deemster Corlett.
