A man will appear in court again in February, accused of resisting police.
Jole Richard Moore of Palatine Road in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
He denies using provoking behaviour on Market Street in Douglas and resisting officers in a lane behind Bucks Road on October 9.
The 28 year old was bailed in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn’t contact witnesses in the case, and he’ll appear in court again on February 11 for a pre-trial review hearing.
