The project to revamp the area around Lord Street in Douglas will be discussed in Tynwald next week.
Speaker of the House of Keys, Juan Watterson MHK, wants to know what steps have been taken to further the development of the site.
In his question for Infrastructure Minister, Ray Harmer MHK, Mr Watterson is also looking to find out what milestone time targets there are for it between now and it being completed.
The March sitting of the court takes place in Douglas next Tuesday from 10.30am.
