Three People Rescued After Getting Stranded on Tower of Refuge
Douglas Coastguards and the Lifeboat crew were deployed to the Tower of Refuge over the weekend after three people were left stranded by the tide.
The coastguard spotted the stranded three half an hour after low tide.
Minutes later the rescue operation was underway, when they arrived the three had started to wade back into shore.
Despite being cold and wet they were totally unharmed.
