A former insurance office in the capital could become a childcare facility catering for up to 75 youngsters.
Smart Bird Rocks Ltd of Douglas has applied for planning permission to convert the former CTH Insurance office in St Thomas House on Victoria Street.
In its application, the company says it would employ 15 staff and offer childcare in the city centre.
And it adds it would convert the building's flat roof into an outdoor play area.
