A man’s admitted possessing £3,400 in criminal property.
Appearing before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse, Charles Messenger admitted the offence.
A further allegation he jointly possessed heroin with intent to supply it, along with Michael David Nelson of Parliament Street in Ramsey, was withdrawn by the prosecution.
The court heard Messenger had been caught with the cash on January 11 in St Mary’s Avenue in Port St Mary.
The 37 year old was remanded in custody and will appear at the Court of General Gaol Delivery on April 1.
