A developer's applied for planning permission for advertising boards as it hopes to start selling hundreds of new homes in Braddan.
Hartford Homes has applied for permission to put up sales signs at the development.
Three years ago, it won planning permission for 320 homes, a neighbourhood centre, primary school and retirement home on fields between Peel Road, Ballafletcher Road and Tromode Road.
The signs, which would face onto Braddan Road if approved, reveal the development will be called Braddan Woods.
