New support hubs will open around the Island soon, offering face-to-face help as more government services move online.
The Welcome Centre team, based at Douglas Sea Terminal, are set to expand their services to Ramsey, Peel and Port Erin by September.
It's part of a £200,000 first phase which will see three more centre staff, and a digital support specialist to work with local authorities and libraries.
The new branches will offer help using government online services, as well as social security and employment support.
