With now just under 6 months to go until the bikes roar into action for TT 2012, 3FM have been speaking to the Isle of Man\'s great hope of podium finishes, Conor Cummins.
In 2011 Conor made a miraculous return to the TT just a year after sustaining near career ending injuries; by his own admission he wasn't at full fitness, but benefited greatly from getting back in the saddle and competing.
With 2011 out of the way it's all looking up for the Manxman, with a strenuous training regime getting him back in racing shape with the season set to get underway in April.
His decision to return to racing was met with mixed responses, but he says it's his critics which spur him on to do well.
