Should the government be providing emergency accommodation for homeless people?
When Tynwald sits in June, it'll consider a report from a select committee examining the issue of poverty.
In its report, the committee says the Island's Housing and Communities Board, along with Manx Care, should provide 20 units of emergency housing.
It says the properties should be available by November this year.
