A Peel commissioner is appealing for help after seeing a driver deliberately kill a baby seagull.
The incident happened on Peel's Promenade earlier.
Katryna Baptist posted to a local Facebook group asking what can be done after the motorist drove into a flock of seagulls.
She says she tried to stop the motorist after seeing them intentionally drive into the birds, killing the chick, but they drove off.
