Police say a man was arrested in Ramsey earlier after being seen with a knife.
He was spotted by the public just before 3pm on Parliament Street this afternoon, Sunday, July 12.
Armed police then went on to arrest him in the Brookhill Road area.
Officers say an investigation has been launched.
