Could your group of countryside houses be turned into a proper village?
That's one of the questions the government's hoping to answer with the draft area plan for the East, which has gone out to consultation.
The plan earmarks development sites and is considering 23 of the Isle of Man's smallest places among sites for housing.
It's assessed places like Ballaragh in Lonan, Glen Darragh in Marown and Richmond Hill in Braddan.
You can find out more on the government's website.
