The Great North Air Ambulance Service has recruited their first fundraising lead for the Isle of Man.
It hopes to increase awareness and funds for the charity, which has been working with the Island since last year.
The partnership provides a helicopter emergency medical service so patients can be taken directly to a UK hospital.
The service has responded to incidents on the Island 33 times.
Sophie van Hooven from Port St Mary is now responsible for fundraising events on the Isle of Man after joining the charity in July.
