A farm in the north of the Island has issued advice on how to help sheep stuck on their backs.
Ballakeenan Farm in Ballaugh posted the video to Facebook, saying heavily pregnant ewes with their winter coats can find it impossible to get up on their own.
The clip explains it's something farmers watch out for this time of year, and how to gently and calmly help a sheep back upright again.
