Two projects are to get underway on land visible from the Mountain Road.
It's part of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture's peatland restoration project.
Work will include the building of a new boardwalk to protect peatland near Black Hut.
There will also be re-profiling of damaged peat near the Bungalow, so vegetation can grow back.
