A former Onchan MHK is suing the returning officer and the Island's Attorney General over September's election result.
Julie Edge, who was voted out as she tried to defend her seat, will appear in court tomorrow.
She wants to overturn the result, saying a number of votes went missing and so the poll wasn't carried out properly.
A three-hour hearing is due to be held before Deemster Corlett at Douglas Courthouse from 10am on Thursday, October 29.
