A woman who denies carrying out a £76,000 benefits fraud over the course of six years has been committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Michelle Marie Makin of Corrin's Way in Peel denies nine counts of making false representations to obtain benefit and one of failing to inform authorities of a change in her circumstances.
The hearing before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse was told the allegations date between September 2012 and July 2018.
Mrs Hughes bailed the 38 year old to stand trial at the Court of General Gaol Delivery on a date to be fixed.
Miss Makin was bailed until her next court appearance.
