It’s believed there were a number of people in the area at the time that would have witnessed the incident.
Police are appealing for information following an altercation between two males on Saturday afternoon, aged 38 and 21.
It took place on Chapel Row, Douglas opposite the Albert Hotel at approximately 5.20pm.

It’s reported the individuals involved made their way down Market Hill towards the North Quay after the incident took place.
Three people have been arrested and subsequently bailed whilst enquiries continue.
