An MHK will ask whether the government is considering pausing visa applications and carrying out a full review.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew member Jason Moorhouse has tabled a number of questions about immigration to Treasury Minister Chris Thomas for Tynwald's sitting this week.
He'll also ask what consideration has been given to creating an employer sponsored immigration route for high skilled and desirable jobs.
Tynwald is due to sit for the last time in this administration from 10am on Tuesday, July 21.
