A would-be wedding venue in the north of the Island is facing resistance from neighbours.
Madeline Simpson of Kielthusthag Lodge in Smeale has applied to use her garden to host between six and 12 weddings a year.
But neighbours have expressed concerns over noise levels after the venue was advertised as being suitable for helicopters.
Andreas Commissioners have also objected, saying there's insufficient parking and the plans would lead to disruption in a residential area.
