Posting adverts near war memorials could soon become illegal - as Tynwald considers introducing new laws.
When the court sits this month, it'll consider the War Memorials Planning Order 2017 which introduces new protection for the monuments.
It'll mean planners will have to give special consideration to war memorials if the buildings they're on are the subject of planning applications.
And posting adverts in the immediate vicinity of a war memorial could land people with a £5,000 fine.
