Tynwald Day celebrations begin in St John's

People can expect a packed schedule of events for all ages to accompany the annual ceremony. 

 

The Vikings of Mann will set up camp in Cooil y Ree, and a global village has been constructed at the Arboretum by the One World Centre.

 

The Bunscoill, adjacent to Tynwald Hill, is playing host to an array of cultural creative crafts, like; wood-carving workshops and the Manx National Heritage iMusuem. 

 

The day will be capped off by the Ellan Vannin Pipes and Drums on Tynwald Hill at 10pm.
