TT star Horst Saiger has opened his eyes for the first time since being put into an induced coma following a crash last month.
The Austrian 49 year old - who's taken home 19 TT replicas after 23 appearances - came off his machine at the Red Bull Ring in his home country on July 26.
According to his team's Facebook page, he's told them he needs to fly to the Isle of Man for treatment at the Hyperbaric Chamber in Douglas and promised he'll be fit again in two months.
A fundraising T-shirt has been launched to support him as he recovers, available through the Saiger Racing Facebook page.
