The Steam Packet Company says it's opening up its advance booking scheme for TT to medical volunteers as well as marshals.
The company introduced the scheme in 2015, which allows marshals to book their travel before the general public.
Now it says it'll open the initiative up to volunteer doctors and paramedics who worked at the racing during last year's TT.
After an agreement with Manx Roadracing Medical Services, the Steam Packet says it's writing to all eligible marshals and medics.
