Firefighters were called to a car crash in the west of the Island yesterday afternoon.
Shortly before 3pm emergency services closed Handley's Corner on the TT Course after two cars collided.
Fire crews from Kirk Michael and Peel cut one person from their car.
Two people were taken to Noble's Hospital by ambulance for treatment.
The road reopened at around 6.30pm.
