The Department of Infrastructure says it'll take a second go at fixing part of the TT course this week.
Last week, 70 metres of road near Braddan Church was resurfaced - but the DOI says the seam is uneven and needs replacing.
It says to fix the join, it plans to remove and redo a six-metre stretch of asphalt.
On Facebook the department says it hopes to do the work at the end of the week, weather permitting, with temporary traffic lights in place.
