A local authority in the north of the Island has paid tribute to its vice-chairman, who's died.
Robert Moughtin represented Maughold ward in Garff Commissioners.
He'd been in local politics for more than 12 years.
In a statement, Garff Commissioners say he'll be greatly missed.
