More people are looking to invest in the tourism industry on the Isle of Man.
That's the message from the Department of Economic Development following the news that Port Soderick has been earmarked for redevelopment:
The department is supporting Heritage Great Britain - the organisation behind the plans to transform the derelict site.
Minister Laurence Skelly says it's "long overdue" but can't give out any details as to where the plans are up to:
