Manx Utilities' "toilet tax" is set to rise by almost two per cent over inflation next year.
During Tynwald's December sitting, MU chair John Wannenburgh will ask members to approve the body's price strategy.
The document recommends the sewerage rate rises from 264.9p in the pound to 270p plus September's inflation rate.
The increases would take effect next April.
