Tesco yesterday committed to stocking local suppliers and products in all their stores set for 2024.
In their update they committed to opening five superstores, and four Tesco expresses following their takeover of Shoprite, with the creation of 100 extra jobs in the process.
The local suppliers stocked in Tesco are Isle of Man Meats, Isle of Man Creamery, Laxey Glen Mills flour, Gourmet Foods, Stuart Allanson Produce and Geo Devereau & Sons.
They also pledge that we will see more appearing throughout the year.
