A teenager has been seriously injured after falling over a cliff at Douglas Head.
At 8pm last night lifeboat crews and coastguard officers were called to the rear of the lighthouse following reports of a casualty.
The 15-year-old boy had slipped and fell to the rocks below, he was semi-conscious and seriously injured.
Coastguard officers transferred the boy to an ambulance and he is being treated at Noble's Hospital.
