Manx Care is offering support this evening to any children and young people who were in the area of the serious incident at the Southern 100 event.
Colleagues from the health body will be at the Castletown Civic Centre until 8pm tonight where youngsters can have a chat in an informal environment.
Parents and guardians can also find online resources to support children in dealing with trauma.
Anyone who feels their child needs additional support is encouraged to reach out to the most appropriate service for their needs.
